Workouts that are designed for kids to do at home with minimal space and no equipment needed!
Kids will enjoy fun workouts and learn the importance of health and fitness. They will also learn muscle groups
of their body, learn to control breathing, gain flexibility, endurance, burn calories,
build core strength, build lower & upper body strength, improve coordination, balance, and agility.

Zoom Sports & Fitness For Teens (Ages 13-17)
Saturdays & Wednesdays @ 10am - 10:45am

Workouts that are designed for Teens to do at home with minimal space and no equipment needed!
Teens will enjoy fun, effective workouts and learn the importance of health and fitness. They will also learn muscle groups
